Ingredients:

Saponified Oils of lard, coconut, sunflower, olive, castor, sodium hydroxide, water, glycerin and various fragrances. (Additional additives like botanicals, poppy seeds, ground coffee, Himalayan salts may be included in each bar). Also this soap has loofah which is grown on my farm on tthe top of the soap. The mini soap attached is a tribute to my honeybees who love to pollinate the bright yellow flower on the loofah vine! You can use the loofah as an exfoliant in the shower and then reuse as a scrubbie on your dishes!
